Don't tell people a 20 to 25min wait then have people wait over 1 hour poor communication skill

Cooked to perfection and ooooo that garlic cream sauce, very smooth. Excellent service. Portions are large. Delicious. I enjoyed it very much.

Food was very good and Service staff (Aurora) were prompt and friendly.

I just DoorDashed from here. I spend over $200 on meals for my family and I (5 people). My son ordered chicken parm. He got no noodles. The photo shows noodles, very deceiving IMO. 4 of us ordered soup, soup cups were barely half filled. The bread they included was so small it fit in the palm of my hand. Barely enough for a family of 5. I would have had a better experience just going to McDonald’s smh. The soup was good. Rest of the food bland/mediocre I would not recommend, overprice for the food quality (or lack there of). Also, forgot to mention there was hair in my food. So yea, there’s that too.

We ordered take-out and half ways through I found a centipede in my salad!! I was discussed and called the restaurant. We ordered through doordash the manager told me I had to call them from a refund. He was not very concerned and said the do make the salads fresh and it would of "creeper in" gross!!

At first, Carrabba's didn't impress us because we had to wait a long time to order. But then, our server Brian changed everything. He said sorry for the wait and helped us pick some really good food. Brian was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. By the end of the night, we were really happy because of how Brian and the management took care of us. It showed us that Carrabba's really cares about making their guests happy, even if things don't start off great.
