Carrabba's Italian Grill

My go to is always the Lasagna and i’ve never had a problem with it. Service is always good and welcoming. Love coming here for lunch or dinner. Caesar salad is always so good too!

Reservation for 12 had 13. Took forever to get water, took our drink order after our food order. Just one server. Drinks came after soup. Server ignored everyone, took other tables order, salad served within 2 minutes of soup. No other server would make eye contact or pretend not to hear. Every server avoided our complaints and requests for service. Wayyyy screwed up staff, poor under used management. We were here in December excellent experience, she took the best care of us. I will never talk highly of this place again.

Experience was bad from beginning to end. I ordered a sprite and got soda water, mentioned it to our server and he brought out another soda water. Both of our entrees were room temperature. We weren't even halfway through eating when our server took away the bread we were still eating without asking. He came back a minute later with boxes we didn't ask for and dropped off the check. It felt very rushed. Not a manager in sight.

Had the Chicken Rosa. They forgot to add the cheese and prosciutto. So essentially it was two small pieces of chicken covered in sauce. The sauce was very similar to a Marsala and was so sweet it had to have more than just butter and lemon in it. The only redeeming food element was the soup. The lentil and sausage soup was great.

I love this place

Long wait at 100pm. Food was served cold and normal Grated cheese offered. Soup was bland. I used to visit quite often and the experience was delightful. It seems no one cares anymore about putting out good hot food with excellent service. Too bad I won't go back. It was 100 bucks for 2 of us and not at all satisfied.

They say is down immediately table of 7 and they are very attentive to all of us and our crazy demands. They were all sweet and friendly. Service was on point and all of the good we received was delicious. We all tasted each other's dish and everything was great! Will definitely go back again.

Our waitress Jenice was fantastic and the manger Nick went above and beyond to make sure our night was great. Not sure what was better the food or the customer service. We will definitely be coming back!

La comida estaba muy bien, el servicio también. Amables. Las mesas y asientos que son fijos son angostos. Éramos 6 en una mesa y estábamos a prestados. Salvó eso, el resto bien. The food was very good, as was the service. Kind. The tables and seats that are fixed are narrow. There were 6 of us at a table and we were on cramped. Saved that, the rest was fine.
