The food here at Carmine's is so delicious. I had the meat lasagna with a passion fruit cocktail. Carmine's upscale italian restaurant. The décor is low light, which makes it very comfortable and romantic.

The staff here is absolutely fantastic. From the moment you arrive, the valet sets you up for a great experience, and it just gets better when you step inside.

The Alfredo tasted like Mac and cheese but the chicken AMAZING! The service was great! 10/10

What I Tasted: The journey began with hearty meatballs and a tower of eggplant stack—layers of grilled eggplant, fresh mozzarella, tomato, and balsamic drizzle For the main course, the ultimate Pasta Frutti di Mare stole the show with tender noodles and a flavorful thick homemade red sauce, brimming with delectable sautéed seafood. The sauces were delicately balanced in flavor and consistency. The seafood was tender and not overdone with just enough acidity and salt. Pair it all with a selection from the extensive Italian wine list for the perfect culinary experience. Standout Feature: If you get the opportunity in the Rosemont area and get Booth 1, with John as your server, it elevates the dining experience to new heights. In addition to that, a real standout are the flavors of traditional Italian cuisine shine through in every bite, especially in signature dishes like the eggplant stack or anything with their traditional red sauce. ⚠️ What Was Mid: While John's service may be exemplary, consistency can be lacking with other staff. Slow service, lack of attentiveness, and upselling without consideration for the diner's experience are occasional drawbacks that I have heard from others, and I personally experienced on some rare occasions.

I really recommend this place. I chose scallops with rizoto it was so delicious. Our server was excellent . I wasn't impressed only from the hostess. All the restaurant were empty and she chose table front of the kitchen in the corner, then she moved us right next to the entrance to the kitchen. No comments about that!

We were seated right away. This place is great for large groups. Cocktails came out quick and the menu had a nice variety. But portions are huge! There are plenty of great Italian restaurants in the Chicagoland area but if you want to go to a place that handles large groups well and the food is solid, this is your place. The stand out dish was their eggplant appetizer but I would have totally gotten it as my entree. Calamari was good too. Our service was on point. We came on a Friday night and they were attentive and friendly. Based on previous reviews read, we had some concerns. But honestly we had no issues.

Excellent Italian restaurant. This is an amazing place that doesn't disappoint. Food is always delicious, service is spectacular, comfortable atmosphere with a terrific patio. The only thing I am disappointed about is that they have stopped serving fresh bread to the table and they don't offer, you have to request it along with butter. Parking: Parking is great, either valet or free lot, very safe Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome Wheelchair accessibility: No problem, accessible
