No answer from the drive thru for myself, the car in front and behind me... this place needs serious attention. Its never reliable. THE WORST FAST FOOD CHAIN here in Aliante......go out of business already, so someone competent can use that real estate!

Well our sodas came out super watery after the drive thru so we went back in to investigate. After testing root beer, coke, sprite, Dr pepper, and diet coke, only the latter 2 had any amount of satisfactory flavoring syrup. So I asked the employees to come refill the syrup but they wouldn't do it claiming it was fine. To add to that they got our order wrong. We left in a car full of unhappy children. I give this location 1 star-shaped chicken nugget. I'd give 0 if I could.

Jade at the drive thru was incredible! She was nice, communicative and honestly just brightened my day. The food was good but it's the service that would bring me back.

Wow can even get a small fries with rach dressing correctly

Went to the Drive thru at 10:35pm and waited for Someone to respond I even spoke into the speaker if Open, No response. So I went to the front and it was closed which on Google Maps the hours Posted say Closes at 11:45pm. Two Vehicles were parked in front so I assume someone was there just weren't taking Orders or Times on Google are incorrect.

The manager was incredible the food came out fast and the view was nice

Place is Garbage. Carl's Jr used to be good. Now it's defunct ran by a bunch of tweekers.

It’s amazing how many times I get told to pull around the front after I pay for my food and wait 10 minutes or more for my food to come out. But now I understand why they do that. It’s easy to reset your clock for your customer wait times when you constantly ask you customers to pull around to the front after paying for the order and best part is you have nobody behind you at all!! Pretty sly!! All to make your numbers look good but then your reviews are on point!
