Only way to get food was thru self check out machine. I don't appreciate Carl's Jr wants me work for them. Manager told me only way I could get my food was using the ordering kiosk.

**** Don't give this location your business*****Horrible manager skills for Patricia, doesn't understand how to fix a problem her employees made. No customer service skills. She began to scream at her employees about the mistake while on the phone with me and that's so unprofessional. Everything is so expensive for mistakes and then this location and Patricia not wanting to fix it.

Service was wonderful cashiers very friendly, food hot and fresh, milkshake very creamy. Service was fast. Overall I love this restaurant crew.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The service is excellent. I never have a problem with my order and the food it’s out to you quickly.
