Carl’s Jr has gone downhill as a whole but I wanted to give it another chance. I never been to this location so when I came here it was dead, literally no one was there. I ordered my food and she made me drive to the side to wait for it,not sure why it wasn’t even busy what so ever. I then get my food and the fries were cold like wth! I wouldn’t come here again.

I just ordered Hand-Breaded Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich Bombo and paid a full price $12.33 and then they gave me chicken Sandwich only with pickles. No lettuce, no Swiss Cheese, no tomato and NO BACON! I opened my Sandwich when I was away from the restaurant and saw a lying worker's job. This is not first time happening to me and I tried 2 different locations, N. Second st. one and now Jamacha one, they all work in the same way. I paid full price for nothing. Your proud business literally has no blessings by how you work and do your job falsely instead of honestly to yourselves and to people.
