I went there yesterday in the drive thru and the automated system took our order. I ordered a sourdough burger and heard the system only say star so I asked for a person. A woman asked how may I help you and when I reordered a man jumped on ( Arturo M ) saying the system was right, that's what you ordered. I replied, oh I didn't know it was the same thing I couldn't hear the AI clearly. Then when I get to the window, he is being so smart informing us that the drink only comes in one size he ask is that ok. I shrug my shoulders like I guess because my autistic son ordered the meal. He says, well I (He)didn't order it YOU ordered it . I said my son ordered it but him being a smart azz, that was his response. The last straw, I asked how much is it b4 I had the receipt, he waited to hand me the receipt to tell me it's on the receipt. I said, mister you don't have to get smart. He replied I'm not . Clearly he is a miserable person, so he should be in the back away from paying customers
