The place is actually great. What marred it was a woman digging in the garbage and then denying it.
I didn't get a chance to eat because I accidentally redeemed my reward at the wrong location & no one has gotten back to me about a refund nor credit back on my account since I ordered other items as well & my card was charged!
Came by through drive through waited about more than 10 minutes young rude guy at window says they can’t make the order for unknown reason asked to speak to their manager says no one else there besides him they need to close down
These guys charged me a extra 14 bux for someone else's order...good thing I got Golden one.. Fix your damn app
I think they are used to not paying attention to their clients and treating them badly. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. The person who claimed to be the shift manager would not even provide her name or the name of the door manager, or any other information that was pertinent to obtain to report the horrid conditions of this particular store.
Employees open when they want to regardless of times posted. Recommend going elsewhere as the drive thru or dining area will likely be closed anyway and you'll waste your time here.
