I dunno, I feel like it gets getting sadder from both a food and cost perspective. App Happy Hour is super solid, though so for now they continue to pass. Vegetarian options: The beyond burger was my savior like 3 yrs ago, now I eat them all again, buuut it's still so weirdly good, haha.

The young girl named Melody doesn’t speak English so every time I go she always charges me for 4/5 items and at the window I have to spend 10 minutes explaining I just ordered 1 sandwich. Also the other Mexican lady she’s an older lady she has very bad customer service!!! Avoid this place at all costs because of her. She refused to give me ketchup and ranch!! I ordered two items and she told me I’m only allowed to have one sauce ..either ranch or 2 ketchups. I cannot believe she was serious!! And another time she only gave me my sandwich and no fries although I ordered both and have a receipt, she instead was talking so loud to me infront of customers that maybe I was the one who never ordered fries in the first place.. absolutely ridiculous when I’m showing her the receipt with fries I paid for… the services is ridiculous!!!!! I’m a shy person so her yelling at my face for no reason infront of others ruined my whole day. No respect at all and the two ladies I’m referring to have no integrity! They’re ready to argue all day if you have the time.

Store# 1100011 (Micron Ave.) Order# 132441 Today, I ordered some Chicken Tenders along with some other items.. This will be the 1st & last time I order Chicken Tenders from any Carl's JR in the United States.. These 3 pieces that I received were smaller then Party Wings & it's not worth the price that they were charging..

Drive thru is extremely slow. I actually have time to fill this out while waiting for my food. From ordering to receiving my food took 11 minutes.

Definitely pricey. The portion also seemed to be smaller than what I'm used to for the sandwich I ordered. On the 2 for $5 I had to search through the bun to try to find the meat. That's how thin/small the meat was. I can honestly say the only good thing about this visit was the service.

Why did they stop serving the non meat burger?! Vegetarian options: None!
