The restaurant's cleanliness and the quality of the food were exceptional. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by the Hispanic lady who took my order at the drive-through. I would like to express my gratitude and say thank you.
I walked in with a backpack after work to get a burger which was horrible and they treated me as though I was homeless (I'm aware of the bus hub and mall nearby but ). I don't know what kind of meat they use now but what used to be the six dollar burger is called something else and it's pretty garbage and of course costs more .

There customer service sucks Ana and Alexandra to be exact. They have bad customer service skills and need training.
I waited at least 5 minutes before Alexandra acknowledged me, then another 3 minutes to take my order I placed my order at 10:36am and still haven't received it and here it is 10 :50am. I feel that they need more training in Customer service and they could be more nicer. We asked for Salsa the packet and she said they only have 2. Parking: Front parking
After going through the drive thru place my order,was told to park in the front of store after 5 min of waiting I received my order and was told everything was ever there and did not bother to look intill i got home was missing my 3piece chicken tenders and both hamburger we're incorrect story of my life checak your bag before leaving .
