I had a great experience at this Carl's Jr.! I love the food at Carl's and am giving away several gift cards to friends for Christmas. Adam, the manager, took a lot of time to help me figure out how much to spend and then took the time to make all the cards for me even though his store doesn't get the credit unless my friends redeem their cards at his store. Anyway, I received EXCELLENT customer service there and am grateful to Adam for taking so much time with me.
