Great pizza

The pizza is okay. Wish i could give 5 stars but zero fits. Unfortunately, the owner has been very rude on more than one occasion. He mentioned when was the last time I was in. My finance made the most recent orders because I was done. Then, he had the same issue dealing with the arrogant owner. Can not support a business who is rude to everyone. Instead of seeming to care on Google.. how about actually showing you care when having live discussions with people who want to support you. We are community focused and small businesses supporting people. Years of shaking our head to why we are being spoken to disrespectful are over. And yes, I've been in customer service for decades. It would be nice to get the same type of treatment back as I have been giving customers since the late 90s. One time he was combative and for the love of me.. I didn't even understand why!

Very hit and miss depends who’s there.

I was frustrated at first that I couldn't place an order online because normally I hate people and talking to them, but the guy who answered the phone was great and the pizza and everything bread were great too! Will definitely order again from this location!

Really good food almost always. If they get it wrong, they always fix with no problem. Love this place ❤

The food is always spectacular with Carlo's. I'm a repeat customer. The prices are great, too. I just have to make it known that Matt, my delivery driver, went above and beyond tonight. He was wading in water that was nearly up to his ankles to bring me my order! I apologized for the circumstances, and he responded with, "I love and adventure!" How can you go wrong with service like THAT!? Thank you so much!
