Carlos Miguel's Mexican Bar & Grill

Very sad to be leaving a 1 star review for this place. It used to be a favorite stop for me and my husband on date nights, but they've gone so downhill. Prices went up, quality went down, and service went way down. Last time we were there, I watched the hostess seat someone only for their server to walk up and curtly say, "Our kitchen is closed," and walk away. This was over an hour before their posted closing time! I miss the old Carlos Miguel's.

Food is great and the drinks are strong! Roy took great care of us and made our Cinco de Mayo a memorable one. 100% going back.

The waiter was rude. The food was poor.

We love coming here. The margs are great and big. Wonderful quick service, fajitas are our go to!!! Very delicious.

Did not have our paid online order when we arrived to pick-up, however, found it after much discussion. Waited 40 more minutes to be prepared. Food was packed poorly and very bland.

I would like more seasoning but the environment is good

This is a great chain restaurant. Very good price for the quality, which is really what I'm looking for. The bill says it all. I would love it for the margarita to be less than $9.25, but otherwise, this is a very good deal. The quality was also superb. What I really appreciate is the temperature at which the food is served. Muy caliente.

Food is great and so are the drinks but the customer service I got was very rude tonight. Went in for a work meeting with my colleagues and we sit down at the table to order ourselves drinks. Now, I do look very young but I am very much of age. The waiter (male) looks at only me and asks only me for my I.D. I ask him “you are not going to ask anyone else for their I.D’s? And he replied “Only you.” So I pulled my drivers license out and put it infront of him and he tries to grab it out of my hands. I pulled it away and he said “I need to see I.D” and I said “I’m showing you it, you can see it”. He lifted his hands up and said “okay then you don’t drink”. So, I gave my license to him to hold and he didn’t even look at the card, he felt it and threw it back on the table at me. I understand in some way, but the way he had treated me about it was very rude. Will not be coming back here to be treated like that again, no tip for you and a bad review.

Went there today to enjoy the afternoon on their patio. Surprised to see a sign on the door saying "permanently closed". Bummer.
