Got the oxtail dinner i was disappointed the food was cold. The food did not taste good

Only came to the main st location due to the Edgewood location closing portions or not justified once you pay they will not refund you even if you don’t take the plate of food I knew I should’ve not brought my black behind to another location going off the reputation of my usual spot the energy was not giving but more like hurry up we don’t have everything on the menu On God I promise I will never step foot in here again an just saying this much I feel I am still sparing the main st location. So you been warned to the person that’s reading this don’t mess around a find out. for $22 this what I get str8 disappointment

Just had the worst pickup order ever! Jerk chicken had no flavor at all. Plantains were hard and dry and tasteless. Unfortunately I did not find out until I got all the way home to eat it!! Disappointing waste of time and money.

Please throw away that old hard chicken. I ordered a jumbo jerk chicken around 8:15P n it was full of rice with hard dry pieces of hard old dried out chicken. It’s not a crime to throw old food out. Never ever will I make that mistake again.

Wasn't all that I expected. Food was OK service was subject to your own experience because you have different people who take orders. The one I had was rude I told them I wasn't familiar with the dishes and meat and they was very impatient with me and I felt rushed so I picked something, unfortunately I should have followed my mind and walked out. No 2nd chance

A few days ago, I went to eat at this establishment. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The restaurant doesn't do refunds only exchanges but none of the food was worth exchanging. They had undercooked oxtails, overcooked, crunchy rice and there was hair in my rice, I have pictures if anyone needs them to be submitted. I am sick to my stomach with the condition the food was "prepared" in.

I really like the oxtails!! It could be a little pricey though.. one time I bought a regular tray of oxtails and they were tough I pretty much threw the whole plate away but I after a few months i went back and bought another tray it was way better than that last batch. I also let them know about the visit and how disappointed I was. Ever since my food has been very tasty and fresh !!!
