Caribbean Jerk Palace

I bought 70 dollars worth of nasty food from your restaurant. The wings were dry with black bones. The oxtails were too salty. The peach cobbler was the worst. It had a horrible smell and the dough hadn't been cooked to make a crust. I will never come back into your establishment. Your Jerk food is the worst.

I’ve lived in the are for quite some time this restaurant used to have the best sides (used too ) the original cook must have quit or got fired because the food was not hitting how it used too and not too mention…………. After they raised the prices BYE

They had the best oxtails in the city for a while until they suddenly change the size of them. No longer tender or worth the money.

Came into this business and was treating my coworkers to lunch...I placed my order 1st and my coworkers placed their order.. Total $70.00 20 minute wait I asked the cashier if she could placed the orders in separated the orders She gave me a plastic bag I wanted her to do it she just looked at me.. The food was HORRIBLE.. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE...HORRIBLE eat at your own risk

Worse customer experience ever at this location! Attitude for no reason and I’ve been coming here since day one. Like really I’m 50 years old and it gets worse at these black owned establishments as the years go on. I offered my debit card in place of cash to take the pressure off of her not having to look for change and she became agile and she assumed I was rushing her like how do you equate that type of question in me rushing you? You don’t know a persons health condition and you’re saying you can’t hear me bc I have on a mask as if it’s a which was an excuse bc you have anger issues. The young lady had every intention to argue with me for no apparent reason but I killed her with kindness. I don’t give my energy to that type of madness. I’m not a weak individual as maybe she’s use to but I did want to write this review bc I was sort of shocked at both of their behavior towards me. Never again will my money be spent at this location. The G word definitely fits their attitude both of the young ladies. Y’all are the ones rushing customers for no damn reason. She had an attitude before I offered my debit card just fyi. Treat customers correct and you will be unimaginably blessed.Good day.

Customer service is getting a little better, but tonight I went to get food. The lady at the window taking orders was just digging in her nose, it was ok, then looks at me as if I was for being discussed. She never wased her hands just frowned and put hand sanitizer on and kept bagging orders.
