If you like your food fresh and chicken with crunch don’t go here! My fries was extremely soggy just for them to forget I had order them. And my chicken was terrible

Closed when I pulled up at 10:15 even though the hours say open til 11pm. Just change your hours! ☹️

Horrible customer service. The lobby area looks very unsafe. Ordered my food and the chicken was not done

The young AA guy behind the counter is ALWAYS rude. In addition, I was given old food today. The chicken and fries both were hard and dry and when I called about it they tried to convince me that it was freshly dropped, which it obviously wasn’t. It was a 30 piece dark and the entire family complained that the food was old and hard. So they are apparently dishonest too. I will never go there again!!!.
