Hot fish. Experience was great

I've never been to a bad Captain D's. The food is the same at every restaurant. This one is no exception. Highly recommend.

I came inside cause the drive thru was too long I still had to wait when I got inside cause the two girls one in front with black braids and one in the kitchen with red braids was having a long drawn out conversation about how much they hate the manager and how much they are going to quit soon I asked for a big fish sandwich spicy I got it with hushpuppies when i got it the fish sandwich had way too much tarter and no lettuce I ask if it came with lettuce she said no the (girl with red braids) so I told her I had too much tarter on my sandwich and she took it in the back and then gave me back the same sandwich back 2 min later so I asked if I can get a plain one they told me now I had to wait for the fish or take a regular one I will not be returning here ever its clear that they hate their jobs and hate management even more and the customers are the ones that have to pay for it

#burnttfup ‍♂️man this is not cool at all! Man I spent damn near $20 (19.37) for this. Y'all please don't go here. And on top of that, I had to wait 30 minutes. And was late to pick my kid up . Smh get it together y'all ‍♂️

Late night dash for a quick bit Drive thru was a little long but it moved quickly than expected. We ordered the " Big Fish sandwich" combo and it held true to the name . Our fries were hot out of the grease crispy unfortunately the fish wasn't an I'm a person who loves hot out the grease fish. The shift manager ran the drive very polite even asked did we need any extra condiments for our meals. Great experience Parking: Free parking is available on all side of the building handicap accessible door entrance and parking

HORRIBLE RESTAURANT NEEDS TO B SHUT DOWN TAKES 1 HR OR LONGER 4 SOME PRE COOKED FISH ITS RIDICULOUS

I was thrilled to find a Captain D's in Fairburn, GA. It used to be my favorite place for seafood when I was growing up in Orlando. However, the fish and chicken batter didn't taste as good as I remembered. They were not seasoned enough. The biggest letdown was the green beans. I recall them being flavorful and having bacon, but these were just plain canned green beans without much taste. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and not standard. Maybe the Florida Captain D's uses a different recipe. Whatever the reason for the disappointing food, I hope it gets fixed quickly. On top of all that, that wait was so long for the food to be cold. With all that said, I can't recommend this place based on my experience.

Waited nearly 45 minutes for 2 dinners. Totally unacceptable!! Wednesday 3/13/24 5:40pm
