I've seen the demise of this Captain D’s over the last year. It's employees are extremely slow in providing service and seem to take breaks when customers are waiting for their orders to be filled. I have left the drive through twice over the past month due to slow service--waiting over 10 minutes with 1-2 cars ahead. The last time I did receive my order, they gave me fried cod in catfish batter and the quality of the food has decreased as well--- Local owner/Management has obviously given up on this location.

Great food! Freshly prepared, cooked perfectly. Hot food was hot, cold food cold. My lunch would have received 100% on a DPH score!

Guy barely handed me my change and the food was lukewarm.

Every time we go we order inside. Cashier very nice, gave us our condiments without acting rude. BTW we used all that we asked for. Food was cooked perfectly as always oreocheese cake is awesome!

First time at Captain D's in general. I went through the drive thru for lunch and ordered the fish sandwhich, fries, an extra order of shrimp, and a Pepsi. The total was roughly $11. The Pepsi was the best part of the meal. Now the food---it was terrible and obviously not fresh. All of the food was room temp. as if it had just been sitting out for hours. The fries and shrimp were soggy, and the fish sandwich inedible. The sandwhich was stale and had a very weird taste. Also, the lettuce used in the sandwhich was overwhelming brownish and looked like it should have been thrown away with yesterday's trash. I have no idea why they would even serve food like that to a customer. I ended up throwing the whole meal away. I had higher expectations for this place, and I don't intend on returning.

Good food and really fast service.
