Went inside tried to order food using my Captain D’s e-giftcard I got as a gift through email. Cashier asks “Manager” named Tamika/Mika about it and she yells from the back kitchen saying they don’t accept digital giftcards. She then says she never heard of a e-giftcard and laughs at me. She off the bat came off aggressive and rude. I tried to explain it’s a digital giftcard sent by the company from the offical website. On the website they have options for digital e-giftcard through email. Clearly she is not EDUCATED or in fit position to be a “manager”. She did not come to the front to even look at it…nor did she even try to scan the giftcard code. The entire time she proceeds to yell at me from the back of the kitchen in a very aggressive manner for asking her to try redeeming it. I have her on video recording of her yelling at me, then proceeding to call me Karen for asking several times why I can’t use my giftcard at the franchise. She threatened to call police on me for it too. 3 customers commented to me that it was ridiculous I couldn’t use my giftcard too. Absolute NO customer service at all. You guys need a new and BETTER positive “manager”. By far WORST Customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She needs to be FIRED. Called corporate and expect to hear back regarding this issue. I wanted to order for my family and left extremely disappointed and disgusted. I will NOT be back at this location.

Great lunch special. Freshly made to order. Didn’t have to wait that long get our food.

I got the fish and chips, I've had better but for what it was it was good.

Absolutely terrible would not recommend going. They have a horrible attitude will take almost an hour just to give you your food very slow even when not busy will still take a very long time to give you your food very rude, cashiers on drive-through and in front line.

I got my food through the drive thru.. I ordered the southern fried fish with a side of string beans & coslaw I get all the way home I'm eating my food when I noticed some fries under my fish I call the store to speak to a manner she said she was one & her name was Makila I told her what happened she told me fries are usually everywhere & proceeded to tell me about the restaurant business as if that's normal I said it's giving me that yall gave me food sitting around she said i can bring it bk so she can remake it ,I said I live too far & im home already she yelled saying well what do you want me to do I started yelling bk saying yall need to be more professional 1st of all and pay attention to your food She then hangs up! I threw the food away. I do not trust these young, disrespectful ppl & for $8.99. IT shouldn't be like that! I never ordered fries she tried to make it seem like sometimes 1 fry may get in, but it was fries under the fish! I'm done with this place! Ghetto & unprofessional
