Captain D's

I have been a big fan of D's but this location was not very good. Food was so salty I could not finish it. Will hesitate to return to any location. Floor was sticky

Went thru the drive thru…got home and some of our order was missing. Called the store and the girl insisted she knew exactly what we should be missing. Didn’t offer anything except for us to drive back to the store. Then the food we did get was horrible. The baked potato was brown and looked super old. The slaw was 100% soured. The crab looked like they ate the meat out and stuck it back in the fryer. Our food was over $40 and we threw the majority of what we did get away.

Always fresh and hot. Love there fish!!! The workers there always are nice and make sure to get your order right!

The service and food was very good. The place was clean too. Not much else to say.

I went to the drive thru and their was a small child in the window.The lady in drive thru must have been her mother.After waiting a while I received my fish.It wasn’t completely done.We waited forever for the grossest food ever.It’s very unprofessional to take your child to work.

I just had the worst experience that I have EVER HAD at Captain D's on Chapman hyw, they messed up my order 3 times on 3 meals,and then when they tried to make it right they screwed it up for the 4th time. I have never had such a horrible experience at any restaurant. I finally left with 3 completely wrong orders, totally frustrated!!! I will most likely never return to the Chapman hyw location of Captain D's.
