I always special order my fish extra crispy. They were spot on. Usually I receive it not cooked as requested at other locations. This will be my new location
The night before on the 3rd, we had gotten some bad food in the drive thru. The next day we called and spoke to the general manager who in return was very understanding and took really good care of us after seeing the condition of the food and replaced it for free for us!! Though she didn't have too. Being in restaurant management myself, I know people can be over the top with things sometimes. I only wanted to bring it to her attention. She went above and beyond too render the situation right. So thank you for going the extra mile!! Because of your kindness my grandma who is now in the nursing home got to enjoy her dinner last night and she enjoyed it so very much.She had not been wanting to eat the nursing home food.( I can't say that I blame her!!) You really put a smile on her face. She kept saying she was so happy as she hadn't had Captain D'S in forever. So Thank you again!!! Because of your kindness and hospitality, we will be back again. Have a great rest of the day and / or night when you see this. Also, if you see this before your boss does, just know in my opinion you deserve a raise!!!
portions have shrunk, prices gone up...
We get Captain D's every few weeks and it's always hot and fresh and the young ladies at the window are always fresh and ask everytime if we need different sauces And I keep forgetting to get a little crackles with my fresh fish
We get take out from here regularly. Order is always right, food is delicious and the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
