Food was decent, greasy as always but tasted ok. The lady at the drive thru window is rude

Well. Captain D's, wasn't the "Great Seafood Place" tonight. Ordered the Deluxe Seafood Platter which has a little bit of everything, so here goes; The shrimp and stuffed crab are going to heaven..."they had cooked the Hell out of them"..Fish and Hush puppies tasted like they were cooked in "Old Oil/Grease". Fries only wished they had been cooked. Cold Slaw was good. Called and spoke with Nicholas, the Manager. Said that they needed to move a freezer due to issues that it had in its current location in the restaurant, that was causing issues when frying. Will not be back for a good while.

I made 2 orders, when was handed the bag and got to my office, one order was missing, the fish were cold. I called them and was told come by and pick up the missing order, and no apology was said about the cold fish. Food were over priced ( $20 for 3 small pieces of fish and 3 pieces of shrimp, with 2 sides), ridiculous.

I made my first online order with Captain D's on Beltline Road in Decatur Alabama this evening. Unfortunately it will probably be my last. I had a large order that totaled nearly $60. The 10 piece family fish meal, 15 piece butterfly shrimp, and an order of clam strips. I also ordered 2 additional sides which I believed to be large as they each cost $3.99. When I got home I found that the 2 sides were the size of one which would come on a single meal. The order of clam strips was missing and they provided only 3 dipping sauces and one packet of malt vinegar to accommodate this large order. When I called the location and explained to them my situation the female staff said "we ain't got no clams". Then informed me that I could come back and try to get a refund! I have no complaints about the food or the service when I went inside to pick up the order but everything thereafter was all downhill.

Well I have no idea when they started doing a combo with no drink included? Pretty ridiculous. You’re paying $28 for a meal with no drink straight up ridiculous.

It was fresh hot and people nice and polite
