Captain D's

Pretty good for fast food. One of few fast food places where 2 people can eat for $20 or less.

Very nice customer service

I went inside to order bc I am more likely to get fresh food that way in my opinion. Not in this case!!!! I ordered for me and my son. My order came up and I went to the car. I looked at my food. My fish was so overcooked to were there was no meat just a hard dried up brick! All four pieces of fish. So I went back in and said ma'am this is unedible. She took it back to the kitchen instead of bringing me freshly cooked fish she took my plate to the back. She brought it back up and said I'm sorry. I opened it back up and said, well ma'am did u look at the mac and cheese? Y'all that mac and cheese was so dehydrated and was starting to turn brown!!!!! She kind of huffed and said he's a new order of mac and cheese. WELL MA'AM you took my order to the back with you and u still gave me that old A%% mac and cheese. So after all that I get home and my son and I took one bite of the fish and spit it out!! It was bland and tough. We did NOT trust that fish!! There was NO need to call and complain bc that WAS the manager who took my order to the back to fix it. So what good would that have done for me? So for that night I was out $28 and still had to find something to eat. I normally cook but once in a while I want to get something while I'm out. That was VERY disappointing considering my son and I had been craving captain d's for a while. Later that day I went to my mom's house and they went to captain d's on Atl hwy. The crab cake was so overcooked that my dad couldn't even eat it!!! So needless to say; we are DONE with captain D's!!!

It sucks

It was good. What I've come to expect from Captain D's. No complaints.
