I’m disappointed. I loved this sandwich shop. unfortunately, the individuals running it are unable to adequately provide customer service and food delivery. My hot sandwich sat for 20 minutes as I waited, and then they provided it to me with no apology, but merely slid it across the table and I walked out. Please do better or sell the business.
The food here is terrible. Consistently terrible. Staff seems clueless and doesn't seem to care that their food is terrible. It used to be really good. Fresh, ample ingredients and good flavor. Now it's paltry ingredients of poor quality. There was more hot peppers on my tuna sandwich than there was tuna. The stuffing on the Bobby sandwich was overly salty cardboard. Just terrible. Definitely not worth $12 for a medium sandwich. We tried to go to the one on Eastern and 215 but found them closed for business, permanently. Seriously boo. Spare yourself, skip this place. Have a sandwich from somewhere else.
Came into order an 18-in, and because the Italian sausage and the meatball are the same price, I just wanted half and half sausage and meatball. They refuse to do it. There's no reason to refuse to do it, and they expected a tip. For basically doing nothing. Service is not worth it here. And the sandwich is just average
Sandwiches are good but don’t order online, the employees do not pay attention to additions or substitutions. These are $14 sandwiches so you’d think you could get one without Mayo if requested or extra cheese if paid for, but no! Walked in to employees hanging out when my order was overdue and they just said they were behind and continued conversing.
Manager Luis, truly respectful take's the time to truly understand the best way's to make customers happy with there best dish of cold and hot sandwiches

I normally don't have issues with the place and people who work there. However, this day in particular I decided to cater. Placed the order at 11:49A.M. and requested to have it ready by 3:30P.M.-4P.M. The manager said 4P.M. would be better and I was okay with it. When it was time for me to pick up the order, I entered the shop and I don't see anything for pick-up. Thinking they probably had it in the back. NOPE!!! 3 kids walk in giggling and smelling like marijuana, recognized me and now they're BARELY making my order as if it was Hell's Kitchen and they're on a time limit to get it done in 5mins. They're grateful I have respect for their manager and scolded them a bit when I should've asked for a full refund!!! I spent $170.97 (THAT'S INCLUDING A TIP) for it to be ready with the time that benefitted them and IT WAS STILL LATE!!! Over 4 1/2 hrs and it was made in front of me. I don't care what anyone does on their personal time, but when it's an order and YOU give me a time to ensure it gets done and YOUR workers decide to hot box in the parking lot is no excuse to mess up this bad. I hope the manager gets it together, otherwise I'll go somewhere else where the workers take their job more seriously handling any food while being high.
