This is an addition to the post below that was probably 2-3 years ago. Today is 3/24/24 and I called some sandwiches in for the family. Excellent service. When I got there the order was wrong. No big deal things happen but the 2 young men working at the time were absolute professionals and more than remedied the situation. Mistakes are not an issue when you get 2 rock stars in customer service to fix the issue. Just fantastic people and service. Cheyenne and Buffalo store is always on top of their game. They make it a snap for me to call in and order take out. On our cheat days we like a few places to choose and this on makes the top of the list for us. My Son goes Philly Cheese steak and I grab the Bobby. The Bobby is basically Thanksgiving dinner on a terrific 12 inch excellent bread. The combo of turkey along with saltiness of the stuffing and on top of that the sweetness of the the cranberries just make this sandwich a favorite for me. I call the order in, put my shoes on and leave and by time I get there it's good to go. Parking: They never run out of parking spots. They must have 50 to themselves in front of store Wheelchair accessibility: The entry is level with this rest of the lot so wheelchair is a breeze.

Excellent Turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce and stuffing! We drove out of our way so my wife could eat one. I've had these before. Simply the best sub sandwich on the planet!!!

Lately this place has gone to hell. I don’t know if it’s the workers that don’t care but the food quality has gone down. They don’t read the orders right. And How do you forget mayo on a sandwich when almost all of them come with mayo. Customer service is not what they serve or demonstrate either. The manager named “Bethany” just gave a me a plain “sorry”. That’s it. Like she could have said let me remake the sandwich or can I have the sandwich back, so I can give you a refund. But nope nothing. I understand this place is not the top of the line on anything but dang. I will not be wasting any more money here and suggest you all do that same. It’s really not worth it

It’s like the blind leading the blind in there smh sat there 10 mins not one person said anything to me and just waited for someone that was in the back and when she came out had the nerve to act like I was a bother lol like are y’all trying to make the company money lol customer service really needs to improve well I’m off to another location smh

I ordered the wahoo French dip 18" . Cost $24.+ Change left an $8 tip. Got home looked at the sandwich and became disappointed. No meat on the last one third of the bun. Had to take a picture. Did NOT "WOW" ME ..FRLT LIKE I GOT SHORTED. YK?

Just picked up my lunch half chopped salad half. Bobbie one Brookie Well No Brookie Bobbie had no cranberry sauce or mayonnaise and was only 3/4 filled very disappointed salad had very little meat and cheese what’s happening??
