I really enjoyed it! I ordered the homemade turkey. I liked that it was shredded turkey and the bread was so soft. They also seasoned the tomatoes which tasted good. It was great.

The sandwiches are great and the staff is helpful. They went above and beyond for my mother and I and I really appreciate it. My only complaint is, the price is a bit high, but the service made it worth while. - Update 2/26/24 - I've been here a couple of time since the prior visit. Again, the food has been pretty good and the portions are ok, however the prices appear to have been increased and some of the selections have disappeared. I understand that things cost more, but $20 before tax for a sandwich chips and a drink is too much.

As we waited for our sandwich and a salad we observed the girl that took our order standing in the food area (kitchen) eating food from the food prep bins. While the cook preparing our food did the same. The lettuce was old and shouldn’t have been served while the tomatoes were slightly pink and tasteless my husband had only one request to have no tomatoes. The manager was standing right next to them while all this took place. All this being said they were nice except the manger never once looked up. There wasn’t another customer in the place and We waited 15 minutes for our food (one salad and one sandwich).

We use this Capriotti's for catering regularly. The meatball bar and the sandwich platters are a huge hit for our events. In their store, the wagyu style steak sandwich is incredible. The service is always great and it's nice to have a dependable place nearby for good catering and sandwiches.

Nice staff. Subs taste good. Glad we stopped in to give it a try. I vote Jerse* Mik** as my preference.

Price was fine considering the enormous sandwich I got. Impossible cheesesteak was amazing.

OVERPRICED, UNDERPORTIONED, NOT AS ORDERED. Absurdly underportioned and overpriced. The 6" Wagyu sub was feather-light. TINY. For $10. NONE of my selected toppings were added. The amount of toppings on the sandwich was simply pathetic, making the sandwich all bread. See pictures. The 18" Pastrami wasn't any better. ALL BREAD. Three adults (one small woman) split an 18" and it was like an appetizer. Even my wife needed something more to eat. My pastrami was loaded with gristle. Not good. $32. A pathetic joke. The food tasted fine, but there was very little for over $40. It is overpriced by at least 250%. The sandwiches were professionally wrapped. The sauce and cole slaw were excellent, but scarce. If you eat here, plan to empty your wallet, then be prepared to stop at another place for an actual meal on the way home. Most disappointing. */*****. AVOID.
