Very disappointed and upset. I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. Theme Barbie. I asked for light pink and hot pink frosting. The whole cake was hot pink. I asked for my child's name to be added right above the Barbies head. No name was added because the head they added was too big. Now why not call the customer and explain why the name can't be added. I would of given a different option on how or what to do with the name. I asked for red velvet and to my surprise is not red velvet, it's yellow cake. My child was devastated because red velvet is her favorite. This is poor service, poor management and poor quality. I didn't pay $10 for this cake I paid a good amount. I work hard and to save for my child's day and the cake is the center of the birthday to have this business not care. I will never order from here again and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Cake was very moist & tasty. Pastries, some were fresh & some were stale
Cake looked amazing. My God daughter was very happy with her cake.
They were very attentive and nice.
Excellent customer service, great tasting products, acessible Bronx location! Whether I've ordered a cake or walked-in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich, I've received consistent and attentive service. Regarding cakes, you can give them your vision (or not lol), or maybe a theme and preferred cake size, and they'll make you a delicious masterpiece to match it. Takes the anxiety out of cake ordering if you don't know what you want.
It needs to be said that they DO NOT SERVICE BLACK PEOPLE the way they do their community. In several occasions they have extremely dismissive to me. I’ve had to send some else in to get what I wanted & their service was literally in & out while I’ve sat in NO LINES over 10 minutes. It’s sad because their cakes, desserts & food are actually worth the money but not if I’m going to be treated nasty.
