Capital One Lounge at Dallas

The lounge is fantastic but be prepared to wait for an hour or more to get in

Brand new lounge with amiable and attentive staff members. The food and drink selection is creative and a good potion to try bite-by-bite. The food is delicious. The shower room is nice and clean, but the water pressure is very low, and amenities such as soap, shampoos, and conditioner are too small to use.

Everything was amazing I really appreciate the gluten free options the drinks were not great though if not I would have given it 5 stars

Incredible! Customer service outstanding. Bathrooms are phenomenally clean with lovely music. Food choices are just wonderful - this is such a treat.

Loved the small plates of hot food, the selection of beverages and sweets. The views of the tarmac are also great! Service is exceptional with wait staff promptly clearing tables. The one negative is that this place can get very busy, which is understandable given it's a higher quality lounge than your standard PP offering.

Probably the 3rd best lounge I’ve been to behind Quito and Bogota. Was so busy on my return that I had to wait, but was less than ten minutes. And unlike some other lounges that just say they are full, this one was really full. Food is excellent. Lots of take away options, and they basically encourage it. They will not let you in before the 3 hour mark even if you are in Dallas on a long layover.

Small and we had a wait but food was amazing. Wide range in selections. From grab and go wraps to bib n bop that was delish!

I had a four hour layover in Dallas for an international flight connection. I was depending on being able to work at the lounge. I was told there was a wait and I had to register, but I was too early to register. So I have to come back 3 times to be able to enter. This is unacceptable for a credit card lounge with a $395 annual fee. They have obviously oversubscribed lounge access making the benefit not worth it.

Bogus. You can’t get in. It’s a feint to allow them to pretend they have real a network of lounges in their TV commercials. It would be interesting to know the ratio of persons with access to seats in the lounge. Much like the Amex Centurion lounge. You are paying for access to something that is rarely, if ever, available.
