I have been to the lenox mall location before and it was a great experience. However, when I visited the store on 1/7/24 around 3:00pm, this was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. The lady at the register was beyond rude and had a dismissive disposition as I approached the register and took a few seconds to decide on what I wanted to order. I disregarded it and waited for my beverage. After I picked up my beverage, my friend went to the register to inform the cashier that he did not receive the 50% discount for being a Capital One member and she told him "You should have told me that and I would have rung it up" with an unprofessional tone. Prior to that we observed her signal a customer with a head motion that their beverage will be at the end. Overall, this was the WORST experience, and she should not be at the register assisting customers with that attitude. This needs to be addressed with your employees because the customer experience is super important, and I never leave reviews but felt that this was something that needs to be shared with the leadership team.
Ordered a coffee, the lady taking orders was rudes claimed that as baristas they had no control over the amount of syrup in the coffee. Basically made me feel like a burden for ordering. No name tag but she was wearing a zebra head band. Also, I guess capital one doesn’t do any military discount for active duty capital one customers anymore?
I got one of the strongest iced americanos of my life. Very extreme but exactly what I like. None of that weak, watery stuff. Thank you for pulling a perfect espresso shot.
Amazing prices for those with a capitol one card. My family is very grateful for this treat & the 50% off discount. & Very good customer serviceb+ menu choices. We are very satisfied
I know it's a trick to get credit card users but it's a clean place with great prices.
Went here earlier today and everything was bad. Not sure what happened because this used to be one of my favorite places to get coffee but after this experience I will not be going back. The service was rude and my drinks were not made correctly. The drinks that I ended up receiving were disgusting and I ended up just throwing them out.
I went in on a Sunday and I was able to meet with a banker
The woman taking coffee orders today with the tattoos & facial piercings, gets an absolute zero for customer service. Not helpful, making remarks and giggling with coworker and placing your drink down on the counter & walking away without a word to let you know your drink is ready. I asked for a slightly cooler temperature as I had to swallow it down before heading back to class and she made it hot as heck anyway. Sad, because I actually enjoyed my coffee breaks here. Won’t be returning though!
Used to be great coming here when stopping by Lenox, but it’s pretty terrible now. The employee taking my order was rude to me when I asked if they had their holiday drinks yet. I end up order a drink anyways and it’s made without the extras they charged me for. Not worth it anymore imo.
