Where the hell do you park or walk in

I figured I would give them a try for a $75 cake And come to find out we were disappointed texture of cake was hard this cake is not fresh .It was for my daughter’s bday she was sad Will not go back fiesta and sams cakes are way much fresher and tastier .Dint waste your time specializing cakes and so expensive and to turn out a dud. Really disappointing

Not open when they say they will be open :( came here Friday 10:40 and door locked…disappointed we walked 40 min to get here, apparently they are only open by appointment only (found out after)

There was a cake emergency, and honestly she went above and beyond. Appreciate the attention and care + amazing customer service.

okay, so my beef has nothing to do with the product - some of the best vegan baked goods you could ever want are indeed here. HOWEVER. this business has only been open “by appointment only” for /months/ now, and the only mention of this is a hand-written sign they have taped to the door and one little line in their instagram bio. no posts were made to communicate these changes to their customer base, and google does not reflect these changes. their brick and mortar is NOT open to the public anymore. you can only order via their site or by phone, but those yield issues of their own. the site will list every item as unavailable, or there will be some other site-related issue preventing you from ordering, or they won’t answer their phones. I honestly don’t know how they’ve managed to stay afloat at this point. I really love this business and want to support it, but it’s become increasingly harder to do so. as constructive criticism for ownership - please be more communicative if you want to maintain what’s left of your customer base.

Really frustrating when people don’t honor the hours they say they’re open.

Never open - drive across town in the rain to just find a shoddy sign that apparently this bakery is now by appointment only… (I checked social media too - if you say you’re open on google, be open)
