Canton House

I just ordered noodles from here and they gave me UNCOOKED NOODLES.. LITERALLY DRY FROM THE PACKAGE.. LIKE DRY RAMEN UNCOOKED.. i spemt $50 on this and cant even get my money back. How is this place even in business?!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!. I've eaten from this restaurant several times before and I've had no problems, but this time it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I ordered last night and my order was terrible. 1. I ordered at 6:43 pm. My food came at 7:57pm. 2. I ordered beef fried rice, and even after confirming my order I still got chicken fried rice. 3. I ordered sweet & sour chicken. The chicken was cold. 4. The whole meal was cold. 5. I received no chop sticks and no fortune cookies. I know #5 is a stretch, but I've ordered smaller orders and received chop stick & fortune cookies. This meal was definitely a let down. 6. I did not get the extra sauce I ordered. If your ordering for delivery from THIS RESTAURANT PLEASE TRY TO DO PICKUP INSTEAD.

Well on Feb 2-24 called in a order was told it would be an hour an that was fine when my order was delivered it was cold an all the food egg Foo Yung,chicken wings,lobster fried rice was burnt I call a let Canton House a they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying that why I'm posting this I'm mad a he'll couldn't even eat it

This place is unacceptable they will scam for the delivery orders. I asked to order two combination plates. This lady charged me serperately.for meat!! When my food delivered I had ordered.my husband a lobster combo no vegetables and myself a pu pu plates each plate cost $15 dollars. The lady seriously delivered two chicken straps crab ragoon.and two chicken wings!!! I CALLED FOR THEM TO COME AND GET IT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SHE TOLD.ME TO.CALL THE DRIVER! THIS FOOD COST $30.07 AND SHE TOLD ME ITS A DELIVERY FEE.... THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE AND THE SERVICE WAS THE WORST EVER STOP.LETTING PPL ANSWER THE PHONE THAT CAN NOT COMPREHEND ENGLISH CLEARLY!!! IM APPALLED AND SO.UPSET I WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB.... FIRST AND

Food was great, the front of the restaurant needs insulation and a space heater. Great customer service though.

I MADE A ORDER DOR PICK UP OF A COMBINATION PLATE WITH CRABRAGOON WHEN I GOT HOME THE CRABRAGOON WASNT IN THE BAG AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE STORE THE LADY BASICALLY TRIED TO CALL ME A LIER AND TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME THAT IT WAS IN THE BAG WHEN IT WASNT THERE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE WHEN I CALLED BACK AND TOLD HER SHE HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE HUNG UP AGAIN I BEEN ORDERING FOR 10+ YEARS NEVER HAD A ISSUE AND THIS JUST MADE ME NEEVER WANT TO ORDER AGAIN
