Fernando is the best waiter ever. Ask for him when you arrive. Ask for the spicy salsa with fresh jalapeños.

I can't say enough good things about Cantina Laredo. this was our first time here, and it was absolutely stellar. the chips were extremely light and crunchy, and the salsa had a deeply sweet and savory flavor. the basic queso left some to be desired, it tasted of just velveta and tomatoes. but the entree I ordered was the carne asada. I've had so many different orders of carne asada, and this ranks at the top, no questions asked. the meat melts in your mouth, the chimichurri sauce was vibrant and had the perfect piquant flavor to complement the meat. and then the rice was wonderful as well, a beautiful lime rice with hints of cilantro. absolutely god tier.
