Can't Believe It's Not Meat

Going on 30 minutes waiting on a simple smoothie and nothing more. Well how about they come from the back and say they ran out of ice. Why would you make me wait 30 minutes to tell me that and it wasn’t even busy. Very obnoxious way to start my day.

The food is delicious when they actually get your order right. I’ve ordered the grilled cheeseburger a number of times and my order is consistently wrong each time. It’s come without lettuce the last 3 times I’ve ordered. Another time, the grilled onions were missing. You can opt to have it cut in half on UberEats. It’s not cut in half the majority of times I’ve requested it. Maybe the cooks mistake the grilled cheeseburger for the Ms. Patty Melt which is made similarly but doesn’t come with lettuce. The fries portion is very small for the price you pay. Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are great along with the vegan club sandwich. UPDATE: I’m going to need whoever gives the orders to the delivery drivers to do some quality assurance and confirm the first and last initial on the order. Last week, I got someone else’s order because they mistakenly gave me an order from someone who had my same first name but a different last initial. They ordered tacos and fries and I ordered Philly cheesesteak eggrolls. Another time, “Shantasia” gave me someone else’s order whose first name sounded similar to mine but wasn’t me. Please do better.

Food is really good but is a little pricey

Vegetarian options: I am a vegan and I consider this a vegan place except for you have to choose vegan cheese because there also serve dairy cheese. And that would make me ill.

The food here is amazing. They never disappoint.
