Chris, Josh, Chef, and Sous JR are some of the most talented in Seattle. Hospitality at its finest! They all follow the golden rule, know your product and be nice. I could not recommend a better experience in Seattle. Start with a classic cocktail and have the stellar staff guide you into one of the finest selections of whiskey in the world. If you’re are looking to entrain a business client take them here. For all chartreuse aficionados, dig deep into their Spain selection. All about the water!

Good atmosphere and Liquor Selection. Cocktails need lots of work balance wise.

Simply beautiful. It smells of the richness of aged drinks. There are bottles up to the ornate ceiling.Dark cozy ambiance. We had the rabbit taquitos and they were amazingly bright and rich. The lawn boy came in a bathtub with little rose petals! We also enjoyed a few bites of the clafloutis andice cream. Only cons are the $$ prices, draft from the door and that they only take parties of up to 4.

Always a great experience

Great night out with friends on a Monday night. The custom drinks keep coming and they were delicious. The Sonora was the only drink off the regular menue we didn't like. Also, the meat and cheese board could use more cheese (non meat eater speaking haha)

What an amazing cocktail spot in Seattle!

Excellent drinks and even better service. The staff are very nice and attentive, they make this bar top notch. Prices are on the higher end but worth it.

Walked in out of curiosity and saw some really rare bottles behind the bar. I asked the person up front if I could go up to the bar just to get a look at the amazing selection of bottles. I was told "no. you can see them from here." Stunned, I gave the person the opportunity to smile or indicate they were joking. They did not and were not. I stood awkwardly and saw what looked to be some really cool bottles and then left, vowing never to return. Edit in response to owner: I BELIEVE it was 2/20/23 at 6:30pm, but that's based on a receipt from next door's Rhein Haus which is why I decided to pop in to have a look in the first place. The person checking IDs was nice and spoke with my wife, but I don't remember specifically with whom I spoke inside at the host stand. I had a meal this weekend at Rhein Haus again and remembered why I won't go into this bar even though I loved their amazing selection of rare whiskies.
