The manager Gee was so kind and considerate. He helped us find a parking spot and was very attentive!! He works so hard and deserves this 5 star and credit for his contributions to this restaurant.
Quaint restaurant in Midtown Atlanta. Ordered lasagna and wasn’t impressed. Tasted like Stouffer’s frozen lasagna. Rao’s marinara out of the jar tastes better than what I had. The Pear Martini was tasty.
We love it here. It’s our midtown dinner spot all the time. Just delicious
the noodles for both of the pasta dishes we ordered weren’t cooked properly. the chicken i ordered looked very weird, almost fish like consistency. the cocktails were okay, not worth the $14 each we paid for them. the server made a snide comment about my id within the first 5 minutes of us being there (i’ve never had any issues with it before, im almost 30). if you’re a poc you’ll find it helpful to know we were the only poc there other than the bartender, do with that what you will.
So my love brought me here for our 1 year anniversary and I was quite pleased. Shout out to Mark our server who gave excellent service and sound marriage advice. My first time trying polenta and it was tasty. I had the Caesar salad with anchovies That lasagna though was exactly like the picture and really delicious. The gelato and cake were amazing. I was happy overall and would consider going back..
After years of being a client at this restaurant. I was treated in the poorest of customer service fashions. I stood there for more than 25 minutes expecting for attention from the bartender to initially order a couple of drinks for me and guest. But after a while of waiting I expressed wanting to please close the tab. Well the bartender kept serving only other customers, white, and skipping me for all this time. He would go around and just skip my spot and go for other orders. At some point I asked please sir I just want to close my tab. Then he pretended as he didn’t understand my name as I’m Latino and maybe my name is not easy to pronounce.., Edwin! Come on. Then he takes ten extra minutes to find my card and show it to me. Pretending that he didn’t know Edwin was in the card. I told him. We went through this initially I don’t understand why are you doing this? The he gave me the ‘hand’ in front of all customers. I couldn’t believe this. I’ve been going to this place for more than ten years. And never ever anyone has treated me so poorly.
