Best Brisket i ever hate!

The fried rice was insane. Loved everything.

Food- the pho we ordered came out lukewarm. the soup is NOT pho. I don’t even know how they can call this pho, it was very salty and with little taste apart from that. it is very westernized and tasted sad. Service- our server seemed to not know much about normal, traditional pho? there was only one person working in the front of the house, he gave a very condescending, can’t-be-bother vibe. he also forgot our waters and some of the stuff I requested on the side (which was just a side of onion). Atmosphere- terrible. the seating area is super dark, no light, just a small candle. the only light you get it from the street. this place does not AT ALL give a romantic or intimate vibe even though it desperately tries to. the music seems to be played from a small speaker turned up to a 100%, playing an extremely obnoxious EDM. and I do not mind EDM but when it sounds so broken and blasting in my ears it is really unpleasant. it’s dim, it’s loud, it’s awkward. food is bad. awful place to sit. please do not come here.

The butcher pho was mediocre; I've had better elsewhere. It wasn't served piping hot, and I only managed to finish a quarter of the bowl. I opted not to take the leftovers. The broth lacked depth, so I doubt I'll be revisiting the place. The place was too dim and dark, and I couldn't see my dishes.

Too salty. Rice noodles are so overcooked. Easily the worst food I ever had here in LA.

It pains me to write a bad review. But I have ordered Pho from them dozens of times and half the time my order shows up without the basil, sprouts, lime and jalapeño. Literally the thing that gives Pho flavor. The number of times I have had to drive back to the store and try to get this small box of greens is maddening. When escalated to management they said they just send the food out when it’s ready and sometimes they don’t have the greens. Buyer beware. If you want more than noodles and bone broth, order for somewhere else.

Incredible food at great prices. Service is always fast and friendly. The vibe is really charming with the warm white lights and I always feel better having eaten here

I got delivery and I don’t know if it was a one off but my pho was cold the broth was like warm at best meaning the noodles where all still very undercooked and the whole thing was unreasonably salty
