Well, unfortunately the sun has set on Cambodian Village. Three years ago I had an incredible pad Thai and chicken prikh khing that set the bar for my favourite dish of all time, but it appears as though the restaurant is either under new management or the chef has left. The prikh khing is so bad that it isn't even red. The massaman curry has no potato or peanuts and was a dry curry. There is nothing authentic about any of the dishes and even the rice was poorly prepared - soft and mushy. Skip this one, folks!
Super flavorful! I ordered the shrimp and chicken and vegetables with egg noodles. I must return! Highly recommended!
Friendly and quick service. The food was well prepared and good volume. We had the pad Thai, Poh Piah (4), Tom Yum soup (12), and the house special. The soup was amazing.
Definitely one of the best Colombian/Thai places in Kingston!
Quick and tasty. Around $20 for the special. Unpretentious atmosphere.
#11 red curry with shrimp is still our daughter's favourite! And the special today Jan 4/24 for take out was so yummy!
Not a place to go for atmosphere but the food was delicious and good value, and the service was great and fast. Highly recommend, will definitely return!
Stopped in one night and had no idea what to choose, so I went with the first item on the menu, Phanaeng Kai. It was absolutely phenomenal!! Delicious red curry with a delicious peanut sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Huge pieces of chicken and nice, fluffy rice. Staff was very courteous and service was awesome! I'll definitely be back.
There are no pretenses at this establishment.
