If I could gv the service a zero I would! So, this place has Crab Tostados, but do NOT state that it's actually Krab, imitation Krab! That needs to be corrected, it's not fair to the customers When I realized it's fake, I canceled my appetizer, was never asked if I wanted something else. The service was not very good. This is the only reason I do not like service charges, bc what about when your service sucks! Burger and fries were very basic, you're better off at the Shake Shack 2 miles up the street honestly.

This place is amazing. The service is wonderful. As soon as you enter this place you feel welcomed. They play great music and beverages and foods are amazing and high quality. I highly recommend this bar. Must tried are the Coco Loco, the loaded Yuca fries and the crab tostadas.

Ich fürchte, dass die Pool-Area nicht zum Lokal gehört. Daher leider auch kein Service. Manchmal habe ich beobachtet, dass Kunden am Pool auch bedient wurden. Kommt das auf die Lust und Laune an? Die Bar gehört zum Hotel und somit sollte ein gewisser Service (zusätzliches Personal oder mobile Order-System) hier inklusive sein. (Feedback an das Hotel) Für mich ist es kein Problem meine Bestellung an der Bar aufzugeben und auf das Essen zu warten. Allerdings stellt sich mir die Frage, wofür hier eine Service-Fee (Trinkgeld) automatisch berechnet wird, wenn es sich um Selbstbedienung handelt??? In Europa sind wir solche Trinkgelder nicht gewöhnt. In der Regel gibt es über 10% wirklich nur für herausragenden Service. Zum Essen: Das Essen war in Ordnung aber auch nicht über die Norm hinaus gelungen. Das Preisniveau ist amerikanisch und somit wohl angebracht. Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass die Getränke in Einweg-Plastikbechern und das Essen in Pappbehältern serviert werden. Das ist weder besonders nachhaltig noch dem Preis angemessen. Das Ambiente am Pool ist wirklich sehr schön.

Rude staff during my visit. Chicken was well seasoned. Guacamole was not fresh. I’d rather starve in my room than return.

This place is very uplifting! The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and respectful. If you think the prices are high, well we're in a fancy place to begin with. But it's worth it because you get to eat really good food right next to the swimming pool and you don't have to go outside and waist time while you and your family are enjoying the time. Sarah, Manuel and Aisha were very awesome. Strongly recommend this place

It's in a fun, easy location, onsite right next to the pool. The grouper sandwich is good. I'm not sure I'd pay $21 were it not for the convenient location and literally nothing outside of the hotel to walk to, but it was yummy. The beer is selection is minimal and twice as expensive as it should be. There is an unknown service charge that comes on the bill. No idea what that goes to. We had to hunt the waiter down to get closed out. They aren't really in a rush to get you out. You can easily drop $200 on a family in here.

I recently came by with my girlfriend and I definitely recommend it. The service was top notch, without a doubt the best we had on our vacation in the city and gotta give a shoutout to Sarah for making us feel like royalty the entire time. The food and drinks were also great, can’t go wrong with the quesadilla and the Salmon Sandwich. Loved the place.
