I love this place. Their chicken and salads are always fresh and delicious. I'd recommend half chicken, rather than a quarter chicken, if you have a normal to large appetite. The salads are so good! Best around. Zesty Ranch dressing is great too!

ALWAYS call ahead to see if they are open. They already have very short hours of operation and will then shorten them even more with zero warning or signage. Save your time and gas - just assume they are closed and go somewhere else for your $20 plus tip lunch.

We miss this place after moving away from Middle Tn. We try to recreate the Calypso Black bean salad at home after ordering it so many times. Keep up the good work, - TF from Ohio

This is my favorite restaurant in town and has been for 20 years! I eat here weekly and have had everything on the menu multiple times. So very good!

Good food. They ran out of the half chicken so make sure to get there early. We were there about 1:30pm for lunch. Black bean dip was really good. Only thing I would give feedback on is everything tasted sweet, like they put some type of sweetener or sugar, and everything. Especially the salad dressings.

My friends love this place. I think it is ok. The corn muffins are the only thing that I truly enjoy. The service is hit or miss.
