Calle Dao Chelsea

I loved everything about my dining experience at Calle Dao. From the moment I walked in, the host was the sweetest in greeting me. I was impressed by the overall ambience and decor of the restaurant. They played some of my favorite songs but it wasn’t too loud, just enough to quietly sing along. My waiter was also very sweet and did a good job in recommending plates. Food was very good! I tried a bit of everything, the Crispy Wings (10/10), Ropa Vieja on Tostones (8/10), Steamed Shrimp Wontons (7/10), Papas Rellenas (7/10) and enjoyed a margarita or two (delish!). Special shoutout to Hector, Emily and Sarah for making this such an enjoyable experience. Will definitely come back!

I had the most amazing Shiitake Wontons & a great happy hour drink. The bartenders were amazing with recommendations and so friendly. Can’t wait to come here again!

I thought the food I ate was great, the grilled chicken and the cauliflower were delicious! We sat at the bar where the bartender was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is vibrant and the drinks were good.

Plenty of space for stroller and stretching your arms. Cool fusion of spanish and asian. meals were good price and accommodation

What a hidden gem for brunch?!! Do not sleep on their French toast. Wow. Fluffy and not too sweet. It’s perfect. Pulled pork eggs benedict was bomb too.

The service is good, and we love the food, we went for lunch, but It was brunch time, still good portions. I totally recommended, and the prices are reasonable.

Amazing food. Ropa Vieja Noodles was my favorite. Super friendly staff!
