Not our first time here. The food is always flavorful, great tasting, and smells fresh and wonderful. Pleasing to sight, taste, and smell. I would have taken photos but it all smelled so good that we just tucked in right away. Sorry. Everything was going perfect and this would have been 5 stars all the way around IF the owner had just stayed in the back. I'm very turned off when a boss/owner comes out and berates an employee/family member loudly and publicly. I understand your losing money and how but discipline is done in private away from your guests ears. I was a restaurant manager for over 13 years, praise in public, discipline in private is the professional way to do things. This was the first time in our visits here that this has happened but it will definitely be in my thoughts the next time we come. You get this one chance to learn and improve, otherwise my business will go elsewhere.
Best pho in Clarksville!!
Best fried rice I have ever had, customer service was good everyone was polite. I don’t know why more people aren’t coming here.
Had a great time here. Atmosphere and service was on point. The pho was amazing!Give the boba tea a try!
Me and my friend when there and there was no one there but the food was so good.
Why is this the lowest rated Pho place in Clarksville???? It beats the others nearby, hands down. I ordered take out chicken pho, and pho thai for my kid, and it was so delicious. The clarity of the broth was great and the smell was soft but still rich, and not overly pungent/fishy/dirty smelling like Pho Kings has been lately. The noodles were tucked away separately like always, too keep them from getting mushy but the meat was already in the broth to cook so my kid didnt have to reheat the broth to get the meat to cook (sometimes by the time you get home the broth isnt hot enough so the meat stays red). But this was great! The chicken satay was very grilled but still good, especially with the sauce. My kids got strawberry bubble tea smoothies which were actually thick compared to others theyve had in the city. And they provide toppings for each pho bowl instead of one sharing when ordering out. The young woman that ran the desk was super patient with my awkwardness and inside the store was large, bright and clean looking. This is the place for pho for as long as we live here. Sooo delicious.
Delicious! Fresh! Smelled and tasted great. I asked for a special order of tofu spring rolls and she said absolutely. Lovely servers here, and the vegetarian Pho was so savory and delicious!
This had to be the most expensive bowl of soup I've ever paid for in my whole life slices of meat cut really thin and all it is is some vegetables and thinly sliced meat and it cost $20
This was my first time trying Vietnamese cuisine. I don't like it. First off, the meal didn't come made, I had to put it together. Secondly, some of the sprouts tasted like dirt. The best thing was the fresh jalapenos, it gave the soup the perfect little kick. For someone who likes and is used to this kind of food, it probably met expectations. I just couldn't eat it.
I called ahead of time 30 min to be exact before pick up and put an order in for pick up. The lady who answered the phone stated it will be 15 min for the order to be ready. We get there between 15-20 min later to pick up. As my husband goes in to pay and pick up, the person in the front stated they did not have the order and it would be an extra 20 min to wait for it… they did not apologize for the inconvenience or anything. My husband comes back and states they never had the order. When I called to speak to someone they hang up on me. Way to go with your professionalism!!!
