The drinks were tasty and a good price. The associate working there gave off a weird vibe like he really didn't want to help us. Parking: A good amount of parking just depends what time of day you go here.
Got myself Peach Bunny (Jasmine Milk Tea with Peach bits) and Peach Cantaloupe Fruit tea. The Peach Bunny was good but it was more milky than Jasmine or Peach. The Jasmine is there but only when you first taste the tea then you get the peach bits (I think they cooked the peach) which gave it a burst of peach flavor. I wish the jasmine and the peach were incorporated more, so its a nice blend, but overall, it's good. Just not great imo. The boba is also on the undercooked side and it's barely sweet. The Peach Cantaloupe was really good! Kinda reminds me of the tuttie fruity dry ice drink you got as a drink in the mall (MILLENNIALS WOULD KNOW lol). The peach was there and the cantaloupe was present. Very refreshing! Id recommend this compared to the Peach Bunny. The menu is quite expensive, so look at the menu in Maps to get an idea of what you want. Parking: The parking lot is really small so I recommend to park by pep boys. There's a small inlet to walk through to get to CaliTea.
I love their brown sugar milk tea. I found it to be too sweet for me when I got it for the first time. But from my next visit onwards I have been customizing my drink to the least quantity of sugar and that feels good. I want to try new flavors but I am hooked to my original order, I do like to add a dash of ginger sometimes. Also I love their green decor with plants everywhere !
Great customer service and the teas were great! Plenty of options for our daughter to choose from since she has some food restrictions. Recommend to anyone who wants tea.
The Assam black tea with sea cream is great. You can tell that the tea is freshly brewed, and not just a flavored powder. Higher quality ingredients for sure. The price is higher than others, but worth it.
I've been there two or three times now and every single time I forget if I've gotten this before. It's gross every time. We got a horchata milk tea which tasted like cinnamon-tinged water and a taro milk tea that just tasted like tea and not at all like taro. Waste of $15 because we each took a sip and then tossed them in the trash where they belonged.
I used to come here more often, but trying to cut down on the extra sugars lol The drinks are always well made with different sugar level options. I love the extra topping options as well, like the Sakura or crystal boba. Menu always has new specials and flavors. One of my favorite boba places to go here in Long Beach. I prefer this over Ding Tea personally. The drinks here feel a lot less sugary or fake. Not sure how to describe it. Overall, highly recommend!
