Food is great! Got the Chicken Cutlet Plate and subbed the California Roll with a Spicy Tuna Roll. Also, added a miso soup. People try them out!

This unassuming hole in the wall sushi spot is clean, an A rating, friendly staff and most importantly has good food. Glad I tried it.

California Sushi and Teriyaki in Canoga Park is a hidden gem that simply blew me away. From the moment I entered, the owner greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel right at home. The level of service provided by the owner is truly exceptional, adding a personal touch that is often missing in many restaurants. Now, let's talk about the food - wow! The bento box I ordered was nothing short of extraordinary. It was beautifully presented with a variety of delicious and fresh ingredients. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each bite left me wanting more. The quality of the sushi was top-notch, and the teriyaki was cooked to perfection - juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. It's an experience you won't want to miss!

Food was not great but the prices were reasonable. The sushi rice was too wet and did not taste like it had any rice vinegar and they really skimped on the wasabi. Vegetarian options: The vegan sushi burrito says it has fried tofu but it was raw and unseasoned and the burrito was only half-wrapped with the filling falling out of the bottom through a 1.5inch gap.
