California Pizza Kitchen

Ordered online, when we got home and unpacked noticed that according to the label, the Spinach Artichoke dip was packed on 4/14 and should be discarded on 4/16, yet it was served to us today 4/18. Additionally, the Tostada Pizza was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture in the app and appears to be overcooked. I attempted to speak to someone about my order, however, was left on ignore for over 5 minutes. So here I am with pictures. Edit to add: Made contact with a manager. Situation resolved, however, don’t give your customers food labeled with an expiration/discard date after the date on the label.

It was a great time here! It was our first time here and Caleb helped us out tremendously with our selections and they were phenomenal. The Wagyu Burger was amazing along with the Spinach Artichoke Dip. 10/10!

Caleb the waiter was extremely friendly and attentive...the food is great..and the take and bake option/offer is well worth it!

Our first visit. Good food ample amount. Service was frustrating and limited, but that won't stop a return visit.

Good CPK location v with friendly staff and good food

I used to love this place but i’m very disappointed i feel that the whole chain is going downhill.. This was the first time i had been to this location overall the employees were very nice we had ordered dumplings for appetizers but it seems the server forgot to put them in because we had got our main course before our appetizer. I used to get the tri color pizza i know it’s been off the menu for a while but i was still able to order it i am very upset they took it off for good it was one of the best!! So i ordered fettuccine alfredo with shrimp when it came out there was chicken instead of shrimp. The sauce was so oily and overall was just bland. Unfortunately i had to send it back I ended up just eating the dumplings that eventually came out which were really good! Overall the server was really nice and took the fettuccine and dumplings off our bill. But i’m just disappointed that this chain is going downhill it’s not the same as it used to be.

Just finishing up a birthday party here I must say, it was fantastic, the food, the service, the atmosphere. FRAN CRUSHED IT!!! THANK YOU FRAN!

Went there today was sit but Take over 20.minties and there was nobody take my order staff very incompetent needs be retrained I was ignored will not recommend to FREINDS family sit someone down and there e nodoy around take my order had wait over 20.? Min end up walk out
