California Pizza Kitchen at Northpoint

We do take out twice a month. Awesome pizzas, every time

Went last night and service was bad but blame most on the manager. She just stood there not helping out on the line to supporting her server that was in the weeds. 20 minutes to get water and our salads sat on the line for 30 minutes and took us 2 hrs to get through the entire service. Salads came after our pizza, no refills on drinks, had to ask for plates once we got our pizzas and waited a long time as our pizza got cold. Only 4-6 tables and the rest of the staff just sat there and watched our server drown. Restroom was filthy and food on the floors. Hardly anyone at the place so no excuse they were busy.

I had to ask for a waiter after sitting for like 10 minutes ...we never got any bread...noticed a lot of staff standing around talking loudly..appetizer was served WITH our meal and was luke warm...we sat behind the bar and heard loud chopping noises. Still hear kitchen staff talking LOUDLY as I am typing this. Waitress never came to ask if we wanted refills. The pasta was dry had to ask for more sauce. The chips were stale but the buttercake was good! Very disappointed!!! I have a group of friends asking to go to your restaurant next week but I dont know if anything has changed for the better since my visit this summer...please let me know as I am considering telling them to go somewhere else.

We used to love this place, but haven't had one close in years. Food and service has really taken a nose dive. Spend your money elsewhere.

Super disappointed. I didn’t get what I paid for and the supervisor refused to make it right or credit me for their mistake. Man, sometimes people suck. We just wanted what we paid for or to be reimbursed for the error. Also, I ordered online and it wouldn’t let me checkout without tipping. I like to tip AFTER I get service. You win CPK, but I’ll never come back.

Not terrible, but not great either. Besides who actually thinks that California knows anything about making pizza?

Very slow service for a Saturday. Waited at least 30+ minutes for our pizza. When it came, it was cold. We let our server know and he brought us a new pizza within 3 minutes that was hot. Funny how the service improves when you complain…!!!
