California Pizza Kitchen at Laguna Niguel

Tried one of their new pizzas, some enchilada thing with green chili. Pretty bad. Better to stick with the regulars. Cobb salad was good, but I forgot to ask them to chop it for me. I don't like mixing it myself with big chunks of chicken, etc.

The waiter was slow, ignored our table for at least 15 minutes, serving tables around us and not even looking at us to see if we need anything. One of our party had to leave the table to attract his attention. He was so rude, saying I have other tables to serve. Other tables were seated 10 minutes after us, but were served before us???

I have been stranded out of the house due to a slab leak restoration for days, so I took my three dogs to CPK because they have a nice patio area where we can hang out, the staff has been extremely nice to us l, we truly appreciated there understanding of our situation, special shout out to Dan “The Man” he surely knows what great customer service means!

Great lunch specials! The service was good, and it was nice to sit outside with friends.

Terrible service at the counter. I went to pick up a customer order and was surprised by the terrible service there.

Best happy hour in town. Quick friendly service.

Do not come here for lunch, awful service. Feels like there is no one working here. Also there soda machine is broken.
