California Pizza Kitchen at Anaheim Garden Walk

Had my old favorite Thai Chicken Pizza. Hot and fresh out of the oven. My server was very good.

I always heard California Pizza Kitchen had good pizza so thought I would give it a try. I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese for the grandkids and a salmon dinner for myself. I ordered online as I am staying at a near by resort. The first problem was there was no parking lot to park in and to pick up the pizza except for a paid parking ramp which was completely full due to some event. I drove around for almost 30 minutes trying to find a place to park. It was extremely difficult to navigate inside. By the time I finally found a place and got the pizza and salmon dinner and back to my resort it was ice cold. The pizza had an excessive amount of overbaked crust, my grandkids didn't like it. It was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The salmon dinner was so salty my lips burned. I will never go to a California Pizza Kitchen again. Very disappointed. Parking: The only place to park was a nearby paid parking ramp. It was completely full due to some event going on. It was very difficulty to navigate.

Most ridiculous service we have ever received anywhere. Michelle was so condescending and rude for absolutely no reason. It wasn't just to us, we witnessed how she spoke to every table around us as well. She was annoyed that another employee told us different information over the phone about a reward that she took forever to come back to us. We watched her wait on numerous tables multiple times before even coming back to check on us. Then, she took so long to deliver our food to us that when it arrived, it was cold. The spinach dip had hardened on top and the sauce on the pasta has dried. She brought out everything all at once, appetizers, salads, meals, everything. Which means some was sitting for a long time in the kitchen. She rarely checked on us. Once done eating, we sat there and starred around for 20+ minutes, waiting for her to come back to order dessert. When she finally decided to stop by, we tried to order dessert and she rudely said no, the kitchen is closed. It was 10:04 and not our fault she never bothered to check or even offer. No one alerted us the kitchen closed. When I responded that we had been waiting to order and no one told us she glared at me and sternly said "The kitchen is closed, like I said". When we received our checks, I asked to verify that we weren't charged for my child's food that never arrived and she snapped and said "if you don't see it on there, it isn't". I had asked to gi over her an opportunity to apologize and she still wouldn't. Never apologized for the wait, the ordering issue, the kitchen being closed and not alerting us, or my child not getting all of her order. Utterly ridiculous. Can't comment on if the food was good or not since it all arrived dried and cold. We won't be returning to this location and not sure if we will to other CPK's either.

Terrible recoger ordenes ahora aqui ya llevo esperando 15 minutos alguien atienda y mas que solo te dan 30 minutos de parquing espero me den la orden antes pero ahora es asi aqui mal servicio y se tardan

Horrible waitress. Food came out cold and soggy. Kitchen closed with no warning. Manager gave us two gift cards, but didn't even sag sorry for the incontinence. Overall it was a terrible visit and we most likely wont"' return.

We went during happy hour. It wasn't too crowded and got deals on drinks and appetizers

We had an awful visit tonight. There was a problem in the kitchen so one of our meals was redone. However two others came out cold and soggy Thai salad tasted like it had been dressed hours before -yuck. We waited over 45 min for our food. Two of four dishes were awful. Manager comped one meal - not enough to make up for a bad meal

Good food and great service. Had the seasonal miso shrimp salad. Really good.
