We visited during lunch on a Wednesday. The burgers were yummy and the atmosphere was great.

A solid, if unspectacular, burger. Lots of beers on tap. Friendly staff!

Was surprised how good this place is. Portions are huge as well! Staff is all very friendly.

Came with a friend on February 25th to California Burger Speakeasy. We each ordered a cocktail which was made to perfection! The atmosphere was great, with great live music. Enjoyed the atmosphere and great conversation with the friend. Asked for the check, which was $40.00. Paid by credit card and included a 20% tip on a $40.00 check - a total of $48.00. Left Speakeasy and was grateful for the quality entertainment and drinks. Today, I received the credit card statement - to my surprise, the amount posted on my credit card statement is $70 ($22.00 higher than the check +20% tip). This completely killed the great experience I had during my weekend at Lake Tahoe. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Will post an update once available.

Service was great! Burgers were very good. You have to try the sweet potato tots!

California Burger Company exceeded my family’s expectations. My two children couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was and my wife and I couldn’t agree with them more. The waitress was very polite and personable and I loved the atmosphere and music inside. There was live music outside as well. 5 out of 5 stars all around
