Love this place ...great food and wonderful service. Today Cowboy helped turn our day around by being an cheerful and delight to be around. Keep up the good work !!!

This place is excellent & delicious food! Especially a huge shout out to the manager, Mr. Pedro, “The Cowboy”, such a gent he is. Always respectful and goes out of his ways to help. The entire staff of this Wilshire location is utterly professional.

So simple but so delicious! Everything I’ve had from CCC has been perfect. Love the Cesar salad with a few things added, and the whole chickens are always perfectly cooked. Love a good casual build your own type of place, and this is definitely one of them. The staff at this location is super friendly and it’s always clean!

It used to be much better but somehow they’ve ruined the taste of the Caesar dressing. It is not the same.. just a weird Asiago type of flavor or something. That used to be my fav dressing there but will no longer order that. It’s very pricey now and everything is extra. It used to be nice to get the chicken with a couple sides for a good price but not anymore. The newer croutons aren’t very good.. just stick to the pita ones. Quality has declined and prices soar.

There's a older Hispanic Man with a cowboy hat who is constantly yelling at all the employees. Don't know if his the manager hopefully not. I feel bad for the good people that work there. Even if that's just his personality, it does not represent the business well. His also a bit rude every time I have came across him.

The cowboy in charge had excellent leadership skills and incredible customer service skills. His staff is welcoming, efficient and extremely organized. Love this location because it's pretty effortless to get in and out of.
