Calan Beef Noodle

点了碗牛肉臊子面，端上来我看着不正宗，像是打卤面。但是意外的很好吃，像家里妈妈做的面条。Ordered a bowl of noodles, I don't think it's looks like authentic. But it's surprisingly delicious, like my mom's noodles she made at home.

Great hand pulled noodles made right in front of you. I had the beef broth which was very tasty. Will be back soon.

Good but small inside

Calan beef is Calgary Local owned! Let's support them! They have a small place, however it's really nice and cozy. The hand pulled noodles is so fresh! I like how they serve it is a glass bowl. Don't get fooled with the size because they give you lots of noodles. Because of which, there is not much soup. You can ask for extra broth. Which they will give you. And it's actually just right. The other place with similar concept do have a big bowl, in my humble opinion it's the same amount. Though I have to say their beef is sliced a little thicker. The staff are really nice. So when you go there, you order what you want, then you go and get it. Then you get your chopsticks and napkins as well as water. I would prefer this locally owned restaurant! I just love it here!
